Caught in the Act!

Me judging at the International Cheese Awards in Nantwich 2016

Funny! Just spotted myself on the ICA 's website judging at last years International Cheese Awards in Nantwich. It was a fabulous day with my category consisting of 14 different cheeses everything from blues to goats cheese. There were over 5000 cheeses entered into the awards from all over the word. It is really is an honour to judge, knowing the time and effort that goes into every single cheese (and the cleaning down afterwards!). After the judging we were treated to an amazing sit down lunch with the biggest cheeseboard you can imagine. Sat on my table were wonderful Cheesemakers from Australia, Spain, New Zealand and of course the U.K. This years awards are on the 25th July so not too long to wait. If you get the chance go along to the show day on 26th July to see the vast array of cheeses from around the world, you won't be disappointed!
