Live on the Tasting Kitchen
I had a great time on the live 'tasting kitchen' today at the Conwy Feast. It was great to tell my story about why and how I set up a cheese company. The chef, Mike made a few dishes with both 'Morwenna' and 'St Tudno' and everyone in the audience very much enjoyed the tasters.
I met some really interesting people after the show. In particular three amazing ladies (from left to right) Vivienne, Lynda and Patti who had flow all the way from America who guess what - also make cheese! Their company is Hamilton Farm in Maine (funny as my dog is called Hamilton). And here they are with my cheese...
