A new fine whisky soft cheese infused with Penderyn Whisky.  Welsh Penderyn whisky is aged in ex-bourbon barrels, finished in ex-maderia wine casks adding character and a subtle flavour.  Cheese comes in 100g tamper proof pots.  Keep refrigerated and use within two days of opening.  Cheese is pasturised and made from cows milk from a local farm in Llandudno, North Wales. 


Great on crackers, good bread or spread on warm Bara Brith!
